SEO for small businesses, whether your website is live or still a plan

Get found by the people already searching for you.

Already have a website? We find what holds it back and fix it. Planning a new one? We make sure it is built to be found from day one.

01The problem

Your customers are asking AI. Make sure it names you.

People don't search anymore. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for a recommendation and get back one or two names. If your business isn't one of them, that customer never finds you. AI assistants recommend businesses they can read and trust: clear content, a technically sound website and consistent information across the web, the same things search engines reward. This is what your customers see.

03Website review

See exactly what's holding your website back

We look at your website from four sides: how it works technically, how each page is built, what it says, and how it compares to the businesses you compete with. You get a clear picture of what is holding it back and what to do first.

Technical health

  • Loading speed and Core Web Vitals
  • How the site works on phones
  • Pages Google can't crawl or index
  • Sitemap, robots.txt and HTTPS
  • Broken links, redirect chains and duplicate pages

Page by page

  • Page titles and meta descriptions
  • Heading structure
  • Links between your own pages
  • Image sizes and alt texts
  • Structured data (schema) for rich results

Content

  • Thin, outdated or duplicate pages
  • Pages competing for the same search term
  • Services you offer but have no page for
  • How clearly the site says who you are, what you do and where

Visibility and competitors

  • Search terms you already rank for, and where
  • Where competitors beat you, and why
  • Google Business Profile and local listings
  • How you show up in AI answers: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity

You get

  • A written report in plain language. For every issue: what it is, why it matters, how to fix it, and its priority
  • A short list of the five fixes that will make the biggest difference
  • A walkthrough call where we go through it together and answer your questions

Takes about one week for a typical small business site.

No website yet?

We do a launch review instead. Before anything is built, we look at your market, your competitors and what your customers search for, and turn it into a plan for your new site:

  • Which pages the site needs, and what each one should be about
  • The technical setup to get right from the start
  • Your Google Business Profile and local listings, ready for launch

We can build the website for you based on this plan, or hand it to your own web designer. Either way, it is built right the first time.

04Fixing

Turn the report into real results

For an existing website, you approve the list of fixes before we start, and nothing changes without your OK. For a new website, we set up all of this before launch, so there is nothing to fix later. We work in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and most other website builders.

Speed and mobile

  • Compress and resize images
  • Remove scripts and plugins that slow pages down
  • Set up caching
  • Stop content from jumping around while it loads

Indexing and structure

  • Fix crawl and indexing errors
  • Set up redirects for moved or deleted pages
  • Clean up the sitemap and duplicate pages
  • Repair broken links

On the page

  • Rewrite titles and meta descriptions so people click
  • Fix heading structure
  • Add links between related pages
  • Add missing alt texts

Trust and local presence

  • Structured data for your business, services and FAQs
  • The same name, address and phone number everywhere online
  • Set up or clean up your Google Business Profile
  • Connect Google Search Console so you can see progress yourself

You get

  • A change log with every fix, before and after
  • A re-check of the site once the fixes are live
  • Access to Search Console, so you can follow your results

05New content

Pages built on what your customers actually search

Good content starts with research, not guesswork. We find the questions your customers type into Google and AI assistants, pick the ones you can realistically win, and write pages that answer them better than anyone else.

Keyword research

  • Search terms by how often they are searched and how hard they are to win
  • What people are really looking for behind each search
  • What your competitors rank for and you don't
  • The questions people ask, on Google and in forums

Content plan

  • One clear page for each important topic
  • Which existing pages to improve and which new ones to write
  • Ordered by impact, so the best opportunities come first

Writing

  • Written for people first, in your tone of voice
  • Clear answers up front, which also helps you appear in AI answers
  • Your own expertise: real examples, prices and FAQs
  • Titles, descriptions and internal links included

Publishing

  • We can put the pages live for you
  • Want to see how they perform over time? That is part of ongoing care

You get

  • Your keyword research as a spreadsheet you keep
  • A content plan, page by page
  • Finished, ready-to-publish pages and articles

06Ongoing care

Stay found, month after month

Search engines and AI answers keep changing, and so do your competitors. With our monthly subscription we keep an eye on your website after the work is done and step in when something slips.

Every month

  • We track rankings and clicks every month
  • A short monthly report on how your pages perform

When something slips

  • We update pages that start to slip
  • Clear advice on what to do next

Ongoing care is optional and comes after steps 1 to 3. It is only available as a monthly subscription.

10FAQ

Before you get in touch

Do I have to buy all three services?

No. Many clients start with the review only. The report is yours to keep, and you can fix things yourself or ask us to.

I don't have a website yet. Can you still help?

Yes, and it is the best time to start. We research your market, plan the pages your new website needs and can build the whole site for you, set up correctly before launch, so it can be found from day one instead of being fixed later.

How long does a website review take?

Usually about a week for a small business website. Larger sites take longer, and we will tell you up front.

When will I see results in Google?

Some fixes show up within weeks. New content usually takes a few months to climb. Anyone who promises the number one spot overnight is not being straight with you.

Do you also help with ChatGPT and AI search?

Yes. More and more people ask AI assistants instead of searching. We check how your business appears in tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, and the fixes and content we create are written so these tools understand and recommend you too.

What do you need from me?

Your website address, if you have one, and a short chat about your business and customers. For fixes, we will also need access to your website's admin area.
